Numismatic finds throughout the Municipality of Bellvís (Pla d’Urgell) reveal a dense occupation around the city of Lleida throughout Antiquity. This study focuses on 23 coins dating between the 3rd century BC and the 4th century AD. They represent the first evidence of human activity in this time frame and the first numismatic assemblage identified in the area of Bellvís that is so far represented by few and little studied archaeological finds.
